Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Aileron Games collects nothing about you. Our games and apps have no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. Anything a game remembers — your settings, your win/loss tally, whether you’ve seen a how-to — lives only in your own browser, on your own device, and never reaches us.

Who this covers

This policy applies to the aileron.games website, every game hosted on it (including DNA Chess, Pun Bearable, Wetware Arcana, Polygenik and the rest), and our Android apps, which are thin wrappers that load those same games from this site.

What we collect

Nothing personal. We do not ask for your name, email, or any account. We run no analytics or advertising SDKs and set no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you and we have no server that receives your gameplay.

What stays on your device

To make the games playable, they save a small amount of state locally — using your browser’s own storage (localStorage) — such as:

This data never leaves your device and is not visible to us. You can erase it any time by clearing your browser’s site data (or the app’s storage), or by uninstalling the app.

Network & hosting

The site is served as static files by our hosting provider (Netlify), which, like any web host, processes standard technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not receive or store that data ourselves. Some pages load web fonts from Google Fonts; games are built to run offline once loaded and do not otherwise call out to third parties.

Our Android apps

Our Android apps are simple WebView shells that open the corresponding game from aileron.games. They request the INTERNET permission solely to load the game, store the same local game state described above, and collect no data themselves. They contain no ads, no analytics, and no in-app purchases.

Children

Our games are suitable for a general audience and collect no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Because we collect nothing, changes will typically be clarifications rather than new data practices.
